Fetch is how modern pet parents give their pets the best care 🐶🐱. One pink app 🩷 for insurance, health, and care – easy, fair, and kinda fun. We've raised our Series A, customers love us, and we're growing quickly. Now we need a world-class tech lead to build out awesome product features fast.
About you
You've built and shipped a great product, or features that customers love. Your foundations are solid - clean code, elegant architecture - including knowledge of DDD, full automation and a stack including Python and one of React, Flutter or Typescript.
You like working hard, you want to build something awesome and you want to win. You love levelling up, trying stuff in your spare time, and you make those around you better too.
You’re all in on using AI for everything you do to go super fast. You constantly ask “why”, challenge what doesn’t make sense, and push for better.
Your role
🏁 You'll lead a team to turn customer insights into awesome, high-quality products, end-to-end
⚙️ You'll shape product concepts, prototype quickly, iterate relentlessly, all whilst carefully architecting and planning features for long-term success
🚀 You’ll use AI to accelerate your creativity, decision-making, code quality and pace of release
🧠 As a technical leader, you'll define how we build products, inspire the team, and set our pace of shipping exceptional work
