About the Role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager – CRM for a 14-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team driving innovation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM technologies, shaping the future of our CRM platform and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
You will make an impact by:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing CRM engineering team, championing agile ways of working and professional growth
- Oversee technical delivery and ensure our CRM platforms run smoothly, securely, and at scale
- Collaborate with business units to deliver impactful CRM solutions that support real business outcomes
- Manage strategic projects and drive enhancements that make a difference for users and stakeholders
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are embedded in everything we do
- Promote continuous improvement, user adoption, and a positive team culture
About You

Experience & Skills
- Proven track record leading CRM engineering teams, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce environments
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
- Agile delivery experience, with SCRUM certification highly regarded
