Who You Are
Seasoned Leader: You have 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of managing and growing engineering teams.
Technical Foundation: You possess a strong technical foundation in modern web and backend development. While you may no longer be the primary individual contributor, you can go deep into the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and provide meaningful input on Go or Java services.
Empathetic Mentor: You measure success by your team's impact and growth. You excel at building environments where engineers can do their best work.
