Job Description
Reporting to the Direct of Enterprise Access Control, this Enterprise Access Specialist - Access Control - acts as a primary contact for the respective VS&A VAM [Vertical Account Managers] team’s selling initiatives with end customers within the assigned territory. This specialist proactively manages customer relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies in order to grow business and meet territory revenue goals. Working alongside the VS&A VAM team, this specialist will drive access control revenue and be the internal ‘go-to’ expert in the access control marketplace
Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintain and grow an operational and security mindset in relation to access control within named enterprise accounts. Work extremely well with other sales professionals within the VS&A organization

Work alongside the VS&A VAM Team and leadership to drive access control market share and revenue growth

Develop and maintain deep, meaningful relationships within our named enterprise accounts that are relevant to security and access control and have the possibility of generating opportunities for Motorola Solutions

Work with the Enterprise account team to identify key partners/end-users; equipping the team with resources to quickly and effectively engage contacts in a manner that will result in Motorola Solutions revenue growth.

Identify “product gaps” that need to be addressed by Product Management in order to gain greater exposure/standardization in the enterprise access control market.

Manage business unit resource - demo equipment, marketing budgets, travel budgets, or any other resources the company allocates

Develop standardized vertical market presentations and sales tools for use by the Enterprise account team to discuss our Access Control offerings

Compile data on competitive products and pricing and report it back to head office, maintain working knowledge of competitive offerings
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Access Control, a focus in enterprise accounts is desired

Strong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutions

Proven record of achievement in delivering results and developing collaborative relationships

Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required

Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment

Ability to travel up throughout North America, as needed

Enterprise Access Specialist - Access Control - Education West will have the responsibility to cover enterprise named accounts throughout the United States.

Frequent travel (approximately 75% by air and car) will be required during the execution of the duties of the role
Target Base Salary Range
$67,100.00 - $148,400.00
