Job Opportunity: Enterprise Account Director

We’re seeking an accomplished and commercially minded Enterprise Account Director to join our high-performing sales team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and building long-term partnerships with enterprise clients across key industry sectors.

This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in selling service-based or digital transformation solutions, with a proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and develop trusted client relationships at senior levels.

While the initial focus will be on new logo acquisition (approximately 70%), the role will evolve to a 50/50 split between account management and strategic new business development after the first 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for enterprise-level opportunities, from prospecting to close.

  • Identify, target, and engage high-value enterprise clients across various industries.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

  • Build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders (C-level and senior decision-makers).

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our digital transformation services to deliver value.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Marketing) to create tailored proposals and winning solutions.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive positioning.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales or business development roles.

  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling – ideally within a services or digital transformation environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals.

  • Ability to develop and present strategic account plans and client engagement artefacts.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM platform) is advantageous.
