Our consultants work across all industries and provide deep expertise across Digital Transformation, Digital Content, Media, Data & Digital Platforms, AI at Scale,and Change. We leveraging a diverse team of experts to shape strategy, drive change and execute under one roof.

As a Consultant, you’ll be given responsibility to work within strategic consulting programs, developing specialised knowledge to help you shape clients’ growth strategies and solve their problems. You’ll work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic data, digital content, media and technology questions. Working closely with clients to understand their issues, you’ll create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow monks to transform client potential into performance. 

Responsibilities

  • Build almost immediate trust and strong relationships with our clients.
  • Partner with our clients to understand their needs and uncover the true scope of work.
  • Help deliver integrated programs by leveraging expertise in marketing, technology, product, data and operations, ensuring the work we're doing delivers the greatest value possible to our customers. 
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in project meetings to deliver high-quality work
  • Execute project tasks, conduct research, analyse data, generate insights and create deliverables, to make robustly justified recommendations and present to clients.
  • Shape business cases for change
  • Foster alignment on our mission amongst all client stakeholders.
  • Identify and communicate risks with internal leadership.
  • Continuously educate clients on what we do, how we work and why it works.
  • Anticipate questions and objections and get ahead of them.

Who you are:

  • You are entrepreneurially minded, and there are no barriers to how you approach helping our customers solve their problems.
  • Someone who is able to successfully influence senior stakeholders with strong communication skills and thoughtful preparation.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment as an equal and proactive participant.
  • A compelling communicator able to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
  • A skilled organiser and program manager
  • Self-aware and have a capacity for growth.
  • A change agent. When you see something that could be better, you change your environment to make it possible.
  • Great at earning trust with your colleagues. You help them solve problems, show them how to work better, make it possible for them to succeed
  • Naturally adept in nurturing client relationships.

Experience and qualifications

  • 3+ years of client facing experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data, digital media or technology
  • Experience contributing to the sales-cycle by project scoping and developing proposals
  • External stakeholder and partner management
