Freelancer.com is looking for an Enterprise Product Manager to lead and expand its enterprise product suite, used by Fortune 500 companies and major government bodies around the world.

Our Enterprise Product Manager role is ideal for an experienced product professional ready to drive strategic product initiatives and lead cross-functional teams. Essential criteria:
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years in product management roles with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and ability to analyse complex enterprise data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Deep expertise in enterprise web user experience (e.g. complex pricing strategies, enterprise technology integration, multi-user workflows).
- Proven experience designing sophisticated user interfaces and enterprise workflows – ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and user journey maps.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and enterprise system architecture.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives.
- Proven track record of developing comprehensive product and go-to-market strategies for enterprise solutions.
- Expert knowledge of agile development processes and methodologies
Desired criteria:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships across enterprise organizations.
- Extensive commercial experience in B2B enterprise environments with understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep experience with enterprise software implementations, integrations, and large-scale deployments.
- Experience managing and mentoring product teams.
- Track record of driving product growth and revenue in enterprise markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the product team to define and execute the enterprise product vision and build comprehensive strategic product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Establishing and driving objectives and key results (OKRs) for the enterprise product organization.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality enterprise features and products within strategic timelines.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Driving product strategy meetings with executive leadership and board members.
- Leading market research and competitive analysis to inform enterprise product positioning.
- Managing product launches and go-to-market strategies for enterprise solutions.
