As a client facing Enterprise Programme Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of project and programme management: planning, coordination, implementation planning, execution, and completion of specific projects, related to global software implementations, while ensuring consistency with IDeaS' overall strategy, commitment, and goals. To be considered we are looking for experienced enterprise level senior project managers or programme managers who have expereince of rolling out B2B SaaS Software or Hospitality Technology Software globally in a customer facing environment.
What you'll be doing...

  • Act as business owner to some of our major enterprise accounts as an enterprise programme manager, responsible for customer facing end to end global softaware rollouts, implementations, migrations, watching pipeline of incoming projects, managing multiple projects at any giving time.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress.
  • Lead and/- or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
  • Communicates and tracks regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders CxO level both externally and internally.
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments and resource additions.
  • Provides direction and support to project team to ensure accomplishment of agreed upon goals, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Assembles and coordinates project staff while managing resource availability and allocation.
  • Reports on progress of project to all stakeholders by presenting reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Successfully manages relationships with the client and all stakeholders. Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/ vendors.
  • Makes recommendations regarding processes and/or procedures to improve efficiency, customer service, quality and/or cost savings.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by the company.


What you'll bring to us...

  • Enterprise programme management experience, working on global software implementations and rollouts in a customer facing capacity, ideally within hospitality technology companies or SaaS Software Analytics companies who have been through high growth / scale up environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, comfortable at communicating with CxO level in a global environement.
  • Demonstrable ability to navigate ambiguity or complexity.
  • Working knowledge of project management tool(s).
  • Experience of project managing the delivery of enterprise software projects end to end.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, and MS Office software suite.
  • Experience of project demand / pipeline managment and resource management.
  • Solution orientated with demonstrable experience of removing blockers and identifying risk.
  • Ability to travel and/or adjust working hours occasionally to accommodate a variety of time zones.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment.
  • Ability to work and learn independently.
