About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant (Appointment Setter) to join our Sydney CBD office. In this role, you will work with qualified leads (no cold calling required) to set up appointments for our senior sales team.

You’ll play a key part in helping Australians start their property investment journey while growing your career in a supportive, fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Build rapport and understand client needs
  • Book qualified appointments for senior consultants
  • Achieve daily and weekly activity targets
  • Take on feedback and coaching to improve performance

  • Full-time availability to work from our Sydney CBD office
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment
