The Legal & Policy Team is Snap’s dedicated in-house law firm, policy consultant, lobbyist, thought partner, and all-around advisor. This team helps Snap do the right thing the right way, make better decisions, understand and manage risks, and creatively navigate challenges, both external and internal. We’re looking for an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Project Manager  to join Snap’s Integrity & Compliance team!

What you’ll do:

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for ESG initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sustainability teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

  • Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret ESG-related data to inform project decisions and strategies.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on ESG performance metrics and project results.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant ESG standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and changes in ESG frameworks to incorporate into project planning.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of sustainability trends and ESG best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • A master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the ESG, sustainability, or related sectors.

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Experience with ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
