Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve equipment performance, uptime, and utilization.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis (RCA).
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Drive yield, quality, productivity, and cost improvement projects.
- Analyze equipment and manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Utilize AI, machine learning, automation, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Train technicians and stakeholders on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams on strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with manufacturing, semiconductor, or automated production equipment.
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, RCA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI features, predictive analytics tools) and ability to leverage data-driven insights for problem-solving, automation, and operational improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, Digital Twin, IoT, or advanced automation technologies.
- Experience applying AI or machine learning techniques for equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, or process optimization.
- Project management and leadership experience.
