Equity Analyst

Qualtrics is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Equity Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute to both equity administration and compensation analysis, playing a key role in ensuring our employees are rewarded fairly and competitively. How You’ll Grow
- Gain in-depth knowledge of equity administration, including stock option plans, cash LTI, and other equity vehicles within a private company setting.
- Enhance your understanding of global compensation and equity regulations, contributing to the design and implementation of compliant programs.
- Sharpen your analytical and data management skills by working with large datasets, performing complex calculations, and generating reports that inform compensation decisions.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to gain a broad perspective on how compensation and equity programs align with overall business strategy.
- Establish a strong grounding in compensation principles, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and incentive plan design, setting the stage for future specialization.
Things You’ll Do
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation and files for quarterly equity and long-term incentive (LTI) vesting events, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing equity administration processes, contributing to the development of scalable solutions.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to equity plans and transactions in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist with the administration of compensation programs, including new hire offers, bonus calculations, and other initiatives, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in gathering data and documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining data integrity.
- Participate in various People Team projects related to compensation and equity, contributing your analytical skills and attention to detail to achieve team goals.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in equity administration is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including experience with advanced formulas and data management.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- A history of delivering accurate and timely results.
