Analyze support issues and meet SLAs while designing, developing, and unit testing PeopleSoft FSCM enhancements. Configure PeopleSoft components, pages, records, fields, process definitions, portal menus, and permission lists. Develop reports and interfaces using SQR, Application Engine, and BI Publisher. Apply functional knowledge of AP, AR, Asset Management, Billing, General Ledger, and eProcurement. Prepare technical designs and conduct peer code reviews.
