Meet the Estates Law team

You're an Estates Lawyer. You want to make sure you stay at the top of your game, being the best you can be for your clients and staying ahead of your competition.

This is an opportunity for an Estates Lawyer who feels passionately that these goals are possible through custom technology and AI. You will be an important member of a new "Estates Law " vertical in LEAP and contribute significantly to building custom Estates Law products to sell throughout Australia. As a collaborator with a passion for all things tech, you'll join a small but mighty team that includes Product Owners, Developers and Content Specialists to create estates law specific products.

What you'll do

AI is the future and LEAP is at the forefront technically of applying AI into the legal industry. You will play a huge part in making this happen and driving change for the better. You'll bring your expertise in estates law and your ability to understand our clients to focus on the needs of Estates Law firms. You'll report to the Director of the Estates Law vertical and help drive the direction this business unit takes. The products you contribute to will see your colleagues in estates law soar and put them ahead of every other lawyer out there.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs of Estates Law practitioners to provide ongoing feedback to members of content and development teams to help drive the development of these products.
  • Ensure clients use LEAP Estates Law in the best possible way.
  • Partner with LEAP Development technologists to enhance the core product for estates law.
  • Educate clients on LEAP Estates Law nationally, including delivering demos and webinars, attending seminars, networking events, and relevant conferences.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of recent experience as a practicing estates lawyer.
  • A strong understanding of and passion for AI technologies and their application within the legal sector.
  • Experience developing legal content or automated forms related to estates law.
  • Strong presentation skills – you can effectively present LEAP features to a group of people and have the ability to read the room.
