This is where you come in!
Your role is to take our trialist and inbound inquiries from first contact through to activation. Your ultimate responsibility is responding to new leads quickly and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships with them.
You’ll build the sales funnel and generate opportunities via quick response, calling, emailing, and researching prospects and accounts. We don’t believe in fitting square pegs in round holes, so you’ll qualify all sales leads to understand their requirements and ensure Timely meets the customer's needs.
You understand what sets Timely apart from our competitors and can present this to prospective customers, answering their questions and showing them how Timely can empower them to run their business.
What you'll bring.
You have proven work experience as a Sales Account Exec or similar role
You're an incredible communicator, both written and spoken.
You understand people and business: ideally you know the hair and beauty industry and naturally empathise with the challenges the industry faces.
Youʼre a doer: thereʼs a lot to do, and you get stuck in relentlessly.
You're target-oriented, and have a healthy balance of competitiveness with and support for your teammates.
You live a connected digital life: technology is your thing, and you're comfortable using any web app that gets thrown at you.
You're genuine and transparent in your interactions with people, are a good listener and actively seek out solutions.
You have a solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
