The key purpose of this role is to utilise your Salesforce expertise in our Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for optimising the systems, tools, and processes that support our customer-facing teams throughout the customer journey. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and the wider Operations team to ensure scalable operations, improve efficiency and drive alignment across the revenue lifecycle. Your focus will be to manage, maintain and optimise our Go-To-Market (GTM) tools, their architecture and the processes they support – in line with our GTM tooling strategy.

What you’ll bring. 🧑‍💻

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator including hands-on expertise with customising Salesforce, managing & building workflows, and optimising Salesforce features.

  • Experience with common GTM systems, including Marketing Automation, Sales Acceleration, Data Management and iPaaS tools. 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration principles, and APIs, with experience in integrating Salesforce with other tools and systems.

  • Experience working with large data sets to identify and resolve data issues. 

  • Intermediate skills in Excel (or equivalent) for data analysis and creating reports, dashboards, and resolving data-related challenges.

  • Ability to write and execute detailed project plans with a focus on scalability. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding solutions, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently, balancing teamwork with the ability to take ownership of initiatives. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights and provide clear feedback to stakeholders.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering effective solutions.
