As our business continues to grow, Evidentia is recruiting skilled individuals for the portfolio implementation team to support the delivery of investor portfolios across our MDA and WDA services.

About the Opportunities
We’re seeking individuals who can support the effective and compliant implementation of investor portfolios. Depending on your experience, you may contribute to portfolio execution, reporting, systems support, adviser communication, platform management or process improvements. These roles are central to our Portfolio Implementation function and suit both experienced professionals and those looking to further develop their investment operations expertise.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will be aligned to your experience and capability, and may include:
Portfolio Implementation & Support
- Working closely with Portfolio Managers to implement portfolio changes within defined mandates and timeframes.
- Completing daily checks, account reviews and data validation to support accurate and compliant implementation.
- Preparing reports, assisting with trade booking and reconciliation and analysing corporate actions.
- Ensuring portfolio changes are accurately reflected across platforms, adviser portals and reporting tools.
- Maintaining portfolio management systems and associated databases.
Platform Management & Reporting
- Supporting the portfolio onboarding process across various platforms.
- Managing or contributing to quarterly and annual reporting requirements, due diligence reviews and governance documentation.
- Assisting with the distribution of performance reports, model data and adviser communications.
- Building strong relationships with platform providers, advisers and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Contributing to enhancements in procedures, workflows and system functionality.
- Ensuring procedure documentation is complete, accurate and up to date.
- Supporting business initiatives and cross-team projects.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
About You
You may come from a portfolio implementation, investment operations, platform or custody background and bring a strong mix of technical capability and analytical skills
- Experience in financial services, ideally investment management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Experience with adviser platforms, portfolio management systems or OMS/EMS tools (advantageous) (highly regarded).
