Job Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level assistance to Head of Asia and Director of Clinical Operations in Australia and Taiwan. 

This new and unique opportunity allows you to be part of PSI in the development of clinical drugs by enhancing the productivity of our leadership through managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and key communications, enabling our leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Hybrid work - Office is located in Macquarie Park, Sydney

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage complex calendars, important meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment with priorities.
  • Maintain and streamline sensitive information appropriately; handle confidential information and perform administrative functions based on the understanding of company policies.
  • Handle administrative and financial tasks, including expense processing, vendor coordination, and managing external email correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

  • You have at least either 2 years of experience as a Personal/Administrative Assistant (or similar) or at least 3 years of overall professional experience.
  • Previous industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Refined clerical skills (PC, filing, phone manners, touch-typing).
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, presentable individual with very good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
