The purpose of this role is to support the General Manager and their Leaders in fulfilling their operational and strategic objectives by providing effective and efficient administrative and support services.

The role operates in a customer centric environment and involves a range of responsibilities and competing priorities. The focus of this role is to be flexible and highly responsive to senior management as well as to take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home for up to 3 days per week once you complete training.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering accurate, timely and responsive administrative support to the General
  • Manager.
  • Clarifying and managing key stakeholder expectation and allocating appropriate resources to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes.
  • Provide expertise and support for internal initiatives and change management.
  • Participate and contribute to an effective and productive team.
  • Identifying, reporting and discussing any emerging risks with the General Manager.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, working within in in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Qualification aligned to Business Administration.
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
