At TGE, we’re not just in the logistics and transport business — we’re in the business of getting things done efficiently, reliably, and with serious momentum.

As we grow, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator to support some of our awesome leadership team and help keep the engine running behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, energetic, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced, operational environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting senior leaders with calendar, meeting, and travel management

  • Coordinating internal projects, communications, and team updates

  • Helping with reporting, scheduling, and keeping workflows on track

  • Organising team meetings, events, and key milestones

  • Acting as a go-to for small (and not-so-small) things that keep operations running smoothly

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Love structure, organisation, and clear communication

  • Can juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure

  • Are proactive — you notice things others might miss

  • Enjoy being at the heart of a busy, hands-on team

  • Have experience with tools like Outlook, Teams, Excel, or similar platforms

What we offer:

  • A dynamic work environment in a vital, fast-moving industry

  • Supportive team culture with opportunities to grow and take initiative

  • Exposure to logistics and transport operations at a national level

  • Flexible working arrangements

  • Team lunches, site visits, and the occasional coffee run (we keep it real)

This is more than a support role — it's a chance to become a central part of the team that keeps everything (and everyone) moving.
