Authorization of orders and invoices will fall under your purview, alongside providing information about internal Ericsson administrative processes, tools and systems. You are expected to perform your duties while adhering to our Code of Business Ethics, and respond appropriately to any concerns of bribery or corruption. What you will do:
- Support in managing efficient executive meetings and time booking
- Manage and coordinate activities / meetings with other executive stakeholders in countries, regions and worldwide
- Manage and prioritize, make decisions on meeting requests from manager direct reports and others
- Manage, organize, execute key events - Leadership meetings, virtual, F2F
- Handle all travel arrangements proactively
- Establish and drive strong networking with other executive assistants to coordinate activities, meetings, tasks follow up etc.
- Proactively follow up on key tasks, actions required
- Participate on specific meetings, take actions, follow up, report
- Support with use of Ericsson administrative tools & other general tools
- Handle administration (delegated) and other
- Manage improvement and implementation of administrative routine
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, workshops, training
You will bring
- Experience with executive level management
- Experience and exposure in working globally
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Personality, energy and passion to deal with complex tasks, ability to adjust worktime to different time zones
- Proactiveness as a mindset
- Speedy execution and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative manner
- Ability to learn, open and adaptable personality
- High proficiency and experience in MS Office (excel, power point, word), Outlook, MS Teams
- Knowledge in SAP
