Description

As a team of passionate Data Cloud & AI technologists, Practiv is a growing organisation that helps deliver technology solutions for our customers, and we are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join us in helping to manage our day to day office operations. 

This is a full time hybrid role, with time split between working directly from our Sydney CBD office as well as from home and other offices throughout Australia & New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Including but not limited to

  • Helping with organising events & field marketing activities
  • Helping with scheduling and organising calendars
  • Organising travel, flights, hotels etc for the team
  • Helping with recruitment activities (liaising with recruiters, helping with outbound candidate prospecting, initial screening of candidates etc)
  • Assisting with operational items such as ensuring timesheets have been correctly submitted, assisting with setting up invoices for customers

Requirements

Requirements

  • Ideally you will have previous experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Be self-motivated with efficient time management skills to multi-task and manage a variety of tasks
  • Be an organised and effective team player as well as have the ability to work independently with sole responsibility
  • Have attention to detail, with a high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Xero is preferred but not essential 
  • Relevant qualifications are a bonus, but not necessary
  • Note that the advertised role is a full-time role, however we are open to part-time
