Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
A bit about your role
As Executive Manager, Customer Marketing at nbn, you will lead a passionate and high-performing team dedicated to shaping and delivering customer-centric marketing strategies that drive growth, retention, and brand preference across Australia. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 12–18 month marketing and communications strategy that aligns with enterprise priorities and commercial objectives.
With a strong focus on collaboration, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product & Pricing, Insights & Performance, Digital, and Corporate Communications to ensure a unified and impactful approach to market. Your leadership will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with both residential and business customers.
You’ll also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Customer Marketing team, championing digital-first thinking and integrated campaign planning that supports nbn’s purpose of lifting the digital capability of Australia.
A bit about you
You are a strategic and empathetic marketing leader with deep experience in consumer and commercial marketing, ideally within complex, matrixed environments. With over a decade of experience, you bring a strong track record of building integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes across acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.
You are commercially astute, with a natural ability to connect marketing performance to business impact, and you thrive in environments that require both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering—you believe in lifting others as you lead, and you’re passionate about building capability within your team. You communicate with clarity and purpose, and you’re skilled at influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. Above all, you are driven by a deep sense of purpose and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of customers and communities across Australia.
