Who is Quantium?

Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.

We're ALL in on AI - transforming ourselves into an AI-native organisation while helping our clients do the same. With 24 years of domain expertise, proprietary data partnerships, and industry-leading AI adoption (90% weekly active usage), our teams sits at the centre of that mission - working with enterprise clients across sectors to turn AI ambition into funded, delivered work.

As Executive Manager, Growth, you’ll lead a portfolio of client relationships and engagements, from the first executive conversation through to results on the ground. This is a revenue-generating leadership role with no hand-off between the person who sells the work and the person accountable for delivering it.

You’ll work directly with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, shape GenAI-enabled transformation strategy, build the commercial cases that win the work, and lead the hybrid teams that deliver it. We’re looking for a leader who has won competitive work and stayed accountable for what happens after the contract is signed.

How you’ll create impact

  • Originate and win transformation work across existing accounts and new client relationships, taking ownership of your portfolio and revenue outcomes
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives, positioning yourself as a long-term advisor rather than a single-project resource
  • Shape the commercial case: business cases, ROI modelling and engagement structures that earn board approval, and lead negotiation with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead executive workshops that turn business ambition into funded, sequenced transformation roadmaps
  • Own the design and delivery of business-critical solutions across multiple concurrent engagements, accountable for client outcomes, quality and profitability
  • Lead high-performing hybrid teams of strategists, data scientists and delivery professionals
  • Grow the portfolio you’re accountable for by identifying and developing expansion opportunities within your client base

The Superpowers You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Commercial Mindset: You know how to originate and structure complex work, and you’ve built business cases that win board approval and deliver the outcomes you promised.
  • Translator Between Worlds: You can discuss strategy in the boardroom and challenge a data science team in the same day. You understand how GenAI creates business value and can explain it in terms executives act on.
  • Consulting Pedigree: You’ve guided organisations through complex transformations and think about the whole picture: the people, process and change as much as the technology. You’re comfortable leading client work where the answers aren’t clear upfront.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • 10+ years at a leading strategy, management or professional services firm, at Director, Principal, Engagement Manager or equivalent level, with genuine revenue accountability
  • A track record of originating and winning competitive work, with named engagements and values you can speak to
  • Led complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes end-to-end, from opportunity shaping through to delivery, with AI and data central to the work
  • Credible understanding of AI/ML and its strategic applications, enough to engage executives and technical teams with equal authority
  • Outstanding relationships and executive presence at C-suite and senior stakeholder level
  • Exceptional communication across strategic, commercial and technical contexts

What Could Your Quantium Experience Look Like?

Working at Quantium lets you challenge your imagination. You’ll solve complex problems with rigour and precision by asking great questions, and you’ll have room to think big, outside the box, and push your problem-solving to the max.

By Joining The Quantium Team, You’ll Get To

  • Forge your path: So many of our team have moved across teams and offices. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.
  • Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).
  • Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.

Benefits

On top of the Quantium Experience, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits that go beyond the ordinary, including:

  • Flexible work arrangements: Achieve work-life balance at your own pace with hybrid and flexible work.
  • Global mobility: As we expand globally, there are exciting opportunities to work abroad with Quantium.
  • Remote working: Work outside your assigned home location for up to 30 days each year.
