What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing Business Banking team
- Champion customer success by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions
- Drive strategic growth using deep market insights and commercial acumen
- Foster a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and capability development
- Represent CommBank as a key regional ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and the broader business community
- Navigate complexity with confidence—structuring and negotiating sophisticated business solutions
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach
- A track record of driving business growth and delivering strong results
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred)
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
