How will you make an impact?
  • Drive innovation across retail: Shape the Growth & Innovation roadmap by working cross-functionally with stakeholders from Quantium, wiq, Woolworths Group, and trade partners to identify, validate, and scale initiatives that create mutual value
  • Lead proof-of-concept trials: Partner with analytics transformation, analytics, client partnership teams, and trade partners to co-design and deliver minimum viable product analytical solutions that validate opportunities in customer insights, category optimisation, and operational efficiency
  • Scale solutions sustainably: Collaborate with Quantium and wiq product teams to transform validated proof-of-concepts into scalable, sustainable offerings and commercialisable solutions in both ANZ and globally
  • Enable transformational change: Define success metrics, measure performance, extract learnings, and work closely with business and trade partners to drive adoption of innovative solutions with clear execution pathways
  • Influence at the highest levels: Engage and communicate effectively with a broad range of senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives across Quantium, Woolworths Group, and partner organisations
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:
  • Analytics transformation leadership: 7-9 years of experience leading analytics transformation in FMCG or retail environments, with proven success in developing and deploying AI-first analytical solutions in large retail, FMCG, or consumer organisations
  • Proof-of-concept expertise: Track record in delivering data and advanced analytics transformation programmes, including designing and executing proof-of-concept trials that drive business outcomes
  • Strategic problem-solving: Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate your team from ambiguous opportunity statements to clear, well-defined opportunity roadmaps
  • Influential stakeholder management: Outstanding influencing and business partnering skills, including the ability to navigate diverse senior stakeholder groups and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture
  • Education and technical acumen: Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, or marketing functions, with commercial instincts to identify and articulate where data and AI create value.

Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don’t let that from stopping you applying. We’re more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.
