Boeing is seeking an ExperiencedMission Systems Electronic Warfare Analyst to join our Phantom Works team located in Berkeley, MO.
Our Phantom Works team develops and integrates advanced Mission Systems components and technologies into functioning demonstration systems. This position will support analysis of models for interferometry, beam-steering, geolocation, and other more advanced problems. The candidate should have familiarity with Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) tools, knowledge of Electronic Warfare to include advanced EA techniques, ES including interferometry and correlation based DF as well as geolocation, and EP features of radars and radar waveforms. The candidate will work with software team to create physics-based models for both mission planning and real-time calculations in embedded systems.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate requirements for unique sensor, electronic warfare and other electromagnetic systems and components.
  • Develop electrophysics models for interferometry, beam-steering, geolocation.
  • Develop trade studies, modeling, simulation and other forms of analysis to predict component and system performance and to optimize design around complex requirements.
  • Develop new and improved modeling and simulation techniques.
  • Develop and execute critical tests to validate performance of designs to requirements.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
  • A final Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.

This position requires Special Program Access for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
  • Level 3: 5+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of work-related experience with a master's degree

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Level 4: 9+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of work-related experience with a master's degree
  • Experience with avionics and/or mission systems

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 3: $112,200 - $151,800
Level 4: $136,850 - $185,150
