The Expert Product Services team partners closely with clients, guiding them through every step of their adoption journey, with a focus on providing a consultative approach to ensure we meet the unique needs of their business.
As an Expert Product Consultant, you will combine deep product expertise and an innate curiosity to develop innovative strategies that accelerate adoption of our transformative AI solutions for key Legal Data Intelligence challenges.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities 

  • Provide high-touch engagement with customers, acting as a trusted advisor who anticipates client needs, addresses complex challenges, and meets them where they are in order to help drive transformative change within their business. 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to develop and execute playbooks focused on removing key adoption blockers for priority products including the aiR suite and Data Breach Response. 

  • Leverage your Legal Data Intelligence expertise and a curious mindset to anticipate and deliver innovative solutions. 

  • Advocate for Relativity products cross-functionally, sharing feedback and insights on customer demands, product performance, and market developments that contribute to key adoption blockers. 

  • Monitor customer adoption trends to flag potential blockers and proactively recommend mitigation strategies. 

  • Serve as a go-to expert across Relativity Success, communicating lessons learned in the field and recommending or owning updates to our adoption materials and services. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 

  • At least five years of experience in ediscovery project management, product management, client services or success roles 

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification 

  • Solid understanding of AI/ML solutions for ediscovery and legal workflow problems 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal relations 

  • Exceptional business/technical acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking 

  • Exercise sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions 

  • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values 

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to meet customers on-site or work with team members in regional office 

  • Relativity Master is a plus
