Do work that matters

We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Business Bankers who are passionate about supporting small businesses and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a Business Banker, you will:

• Originate and manage commercial lending solutions up to $1.25M, along with asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking products.

• Engage proactively with customers to understand their business and personal needs, offering insights and solutions that support their goals.

• Represent CommBank within your local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition and hosting educational events.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen referral partnerships and enhance service delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales

• Home lending experience and sound financial analysis skills

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Passion for small business customers or experience running a small business

• FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation

• Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months

• Cert IV in Banking Services or equivalent (preferred)
