As a Senior Consultant, you will work across a range of teams to deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis, and assisting in the development of deliverables across a range of formats that distil analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. This role offers the opportunity to broaden and deepen your consulting skills. As a Senior Consultant you will:

  • take ownership of specific project domains or workstreams
  • lead client consultants and other stakeholder engagements
  • take an active role in client and business development
  • undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects
  • provide support to Project Directors and Project Managers on larger projects
  • support the development of junior consultants.

  • Enthusiastic and curious about working across a wide range of service lines and sectors and continually learning new subject matters and skills on the job.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data
  • The capability to think, articulate, write, and present in logical and structured way  
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and coordinate teams.
