Formal roles will be advertised as they become available. These will be permanent, full time positions based in any of our EML offices, with flexibility to work from home once training is completed.
About You
We’re keen to hear from professionals who bring:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing claims within the Workers’ Compensation scheme, Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (SRC), or broader Workers Compensation / Case Management environments
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach, with a strong focus on customer‑centric support
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a high concern for accuracy and quality outcomes
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- A genuine commitment to supporting injured workers through recovery and return to work
