What is the focus of the role?
The Facilitation & Collaboration CoE - Senior Specialist role is about enabling clarity, alignment, and most important, decision-making through bespoke workshops that help senior stakeholders navigate complexity and ambiguity.
You’ll work closely with sponsors and stakeholders to understand their challenges, design tailored workshop experiences, and facilitate sessions that unlock insight, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful outcomes.
Note that this is NOT a training role. Our workshops are custom-designed to support teams in gaining clarity, making decisions, and building shared understanding — especially when the path forward isn’t obvious.
What You’ll Do
As the Facilitation & Collaboration CoE - Senior Specialist your key responsibilities include:
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, context, and desired outcomes.
- Design thoughtful, engaging, and outcome-driven workshop agendas tailored to each challenge.
- Facilitate workshops that guide groups from current state to future state — enabling clarity, alignment, and action.
- Navigate ambiguity and group dynamics with confidence, empathy, and adaptability.
- Capture outputs and share insights to support follow-up actions and sustained impact.
About You
To be successful in the role, we are looking for the following skills and experiences:
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Must have proven experience in strategic workshop design and facilitation (not training sessions) and working closely with senior stakeholders or executive sponsors.
- Familiarity with human-centered design, design thinking, or systems thinking approaches.
- Certifications in LUMA, HCD, or similar frameworks are a plus but not essential.
- Open to diverse professional backgrounds — including psychology, research, customer experience, and more.
- Experience outside of telecommunications is welcome and valued.
