【要件】• 過去に半導体の水処理エンジニアの経験もしくは水処理業界での職務経験がある。• 現象/分析に基づく論理的な問題解決スキルを持っている。• チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ, 連携した業務の遂行が出来る。• 基礎的な化学/機械関連のテクニカルな話題を理解, 発表, 教育, 開発を行う能力がある。• 時間管理, マルチタスク能力を持ち合わせている。• 基礎的なMicrosoft Office(Excel/Word/Power point)スキルを有する。• 社内外のステークホルダーと会話できる日本語能力• 英語による基礎的なコミュニケーションに対して抵抗がない(高校卒業程度), もしくは学ぶ意向がある。
