About the Role:
As a Field Cloud Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations supporting the rapidly growing CrowdStrike Cloud ecosystem. This role will have an emphasis on building out operations to support our strategic routes to market with Cloud partners and hyperscalers. While providing a seamless CrowdStrike experience for our partners, the successful candidate will have the ability to constantly improve our operations, build scalability, and oversee internal and external systems.
What You’ll Do:
Partnering with Cloud Alliances Leaders and their teams with emphasis to assist with their strategy with data led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities to execute the plan.
Develop and maintain CrowdStrike's product listings and offers across multiple cloud marketplaces (currently AWS and GCP)
Process private offers and handle revenue operations with a primary focus on the high value deals
Manage the end-to-end process of publishing and updating offers and pricing
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to offer optimization and implement improvements to drive marketplace growth.
Collaborate with capabilities team and IT on enhancements and projects so we can build global scalable processes.
Collaborate with programs team and provide feedback into our global policies.
Collaborate and build relationships with the global cloud team.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and CrowdStrike's internal guidelines.
Coordinate with cloud partners to resolve technical issues and enhance customer experience.
Stay updated with latest marketplace trends and best practices. Attend AWS and GCP operational sessions.
Document the key processes and maintain them regularly.
Maintain SLAs for marketplace offers and escalate when appropriate.
Ensure offers align with company policies, pricing strategies, and discount structures.
Generate and create reports on the partner facing processes
Being able to detect anomalies between day-to-day operations and the overall data
Ensure all partner deals are properly categorized and correct partner attribution is tagged to maintain integrity of the CrowdStrike Elevate Partner program, ensure proper compensation and reporting accuracy
Assist in training internal teams on marketplace processes and best practices. Lead training of our shared services team.
Provide field enablement (sales and alliances) of our cloud processes and procedures.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of experience in Cloud marketplace and/or Channel/Alliances/Sales Ops experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ACE systems is a plus.
Experience with cloud partners / hyperscalers or reseller partners is a plus.
Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces and their ecosystems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to flush out anomalies.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Expertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Tackle, tableau etc.
A successful candidate is a self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity.
