The Field Sales Manager will develop client relationships, manage the customer journey, source new business, and execute strategic sales plans.
What You Will Do:
- Develop strong client relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Leverage market trends and insights for value-driven client solutions.
- Own the customer journey from prospecting to closing, managing renewals, and upsells.
- Conduct strategic account reviews and QBRs for customer success and expansion.
- Source and close new business to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans for market penetration and ARR growth in an individual contributor capacity.
Experience We Are Looking For:
- Deep understanding of the digital economy, including mobile and AdTech.
- Proven SaaS sales experience with a record of achieving and exceeding quotas.
- Strong track record in closing new business and growing accounts through renewals.
- Ability to sell data-driven SaaS solutions and communicate complex insights.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Established network in Australia's mobile, digital advertising, and AdTech industries.
