Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing and empowering territory managers and merchandisers within the South Island. You will deliver excellence execution in line with the company strategy and uphold Heinz values in a way that contributes the company's vision.
About the role
  • Strengthen the base of the business across the South Island.
  • Expert in interpreting, selling, and presenting with data and insights.
  • Expectation to travel regularly and the ability to coach, mentor and develop the field team and lead by example.
  • Provide category and store reviews led by the consumer and shopper insights.
  • On-shelf executive in line with merchandising strategies and have speed to market with all new products.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships/ relationships both internally and externally and continue to surpass expectations.
  • Point of escalation for all Territory and Territory Account Managers
  • Own the hiring for the team and responsibility for inductions, succession planning, coaching and development.
  • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
  • Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's vision

About you
We're looking for a sales expert with a number of years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, specifically with key retailers. The ideal candidate can analyze data to drive sales growth, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Experience with Foodstuffs is a nice to have, and a strong drive to build a long-term career is essential.
