The ideal candidate can analyze data to drive sales growth, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Experience with Foodstuffs is a nice to have, and a strong drive to build a long-term career is essential.

About the role
- Strengthen the base of the business across the South Island.
- Expert in interpreting, selling, and presenting with data and insights.
- Expectation to travel regularly and the ability to coach, mentor and develop the field team and lead by example.
- Provide category and store reviews led by the consumer and shopper insights.
- On-shelf executive in line with merchandising strategies and have speed to market with all new products.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships/ relationships both internally and externally and continue to surpass expectations.
- Point of escalation for all Territory and Territory Account Managers
- Own the hiring for the team and responsibility for inductions, succession planning, coaching and development.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
