An opportunity has become available for a result driven and sales-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney. We take pride in our company culture and team spirit focusing on support, growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Craft and launch winning sales strategies and business plans to boost market share
  • Build Strong Relationships: Connect, communicate, and collaborate with key stakeholders to protect and expand the business
  • Be the Catalyst: Lead and support new product launches, clinical trials, and key customer engagements to keep the pipeline vibrant
  • Lead the Dream Team: Manage and mentor Product & Clinical Specialists, fueling their growth with coaching and strategic guidance
  • Provide Expert Support: Offer strategic procedural assistance—case prep, troubleshooting, and handling product concerns
  • Champion Education: Organize and support professional events, training hospital staff, and nurturing KOL relationships
  • Keep the Wheels Turning: Handle admin tasks like consignment, reports, research, and personal growth to stay sharp and compliant

About You

  • Proven Winner: Experience in Medical Devices, experience in Aesthetics and Reconstructions is a plus!
