About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our New South Wales Finance team, reporting to the Commercial Manager. In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business through accurate invoicing, managing sub-contract payments, resolving related queries, reporting and administrative support. Working closely with operational teams and clients, you will help ensure financial processes are completed efficiently, accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices, credit notes and billing adjustments
Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
Process subcontractor payments and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with financial reporting, data analysis and account administration
Provide general administrative support to the Finance team and wider business
About You
Experience in a finance, accounts administration or similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and the ability to learn new systems
Familarity with WorkForce will be advantageous
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Full Australian working rights and willing to undergo a National police check and other pre-employment checks
