Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will provide financial planning and analysis support Advertising Sales Team across Disney+ and ESPN. You will partner closely with the Advertising Sales team, DTC Finance, Accounts Receivable and regional finance teams to deliver accurate reporting, billing, reconciliations and commercial insights that support informed decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Support FP&A activities, including reporting, analysis and performance management across ESPN and Disney digital businesses.
  • Coordinate and consolidate APAC financial submissions for reporting to the US corporate team.
  • Partner with Advertising Sales Operations to validate pre-billing reports and ensure alignment with approved Insertion Orders.
  • Manage monthly advertising sales invoicing processes, calendars and reporting milestones.
  • Perform reconciliations across SAP transactions, invoices and Insertion Orders to support accurate billing and revenue recognition.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to provide timely insights to commercial teams.
  •  Act as a finance business partner to Advertising Sales, DTC Finance, Accounts Receivable and regional billing teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement, finance transformation initiatives and the integration of advertising sales processes into the EPM environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree qualification in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline.
  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualification, or progress towards one, is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance, FP&A, commercial analysis or similar role.
  • Experience in media, television, digital, advertising sales or entertainment environments would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capability, financial modelling skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence partnering with stakeholders, solving problems and translating financial data into clear commercial insights.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage deadlines, reporting cycles and multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on process improvement, collaboration and continuous learning.
