Overview

As a Finance Graduate, you will be given responsibility for the business, financial analysis and internal control from Day 1. You will have the chance to develop an extensive set of skills through a variety of meaningful assignments at a local, regional or global level. Working in a multi-functional team environment, you are the 'Chief Financial Officer' for your area of responsibility, bringing both financial expertise and business leadership to ensure overall shareholder value as well as the delivery of sustainable financial results.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with multifunctional team to provide meaningful financial insights that will positively impact our sales and investment choices
  • Influence decision making by key stakeholders through utilization of your strong financial analysis and communication skills
  • Lead projects to maximise long-term value creation, cash flow, and total shareholder return
  • Deliver long-term foresight to optimize financial structure of the business
  • Provide feasibility assessment & business model development for new initiatives to ensure successful launch 

Job Qualifications

  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Resident
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or other relevant quantitative fields, with the minimum Weighted Average Mark of 70
  • Proven strong leadership and collaboration skills with a passion to win, i.e. leadership positions in clubs, team, societies etc.
  • Possess a willingness to learn and embody a growth mindset
  • Possess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their work
