As a Finance Graduate, you will be given responsibility for the business, financial analysis and internal control from Day 1. You thrive working in a diverse environment across multiple markets and regions. You have the long-term foresight to optimize financials for your business.

• Partner with multifunctional team to provide meaningful financial insights that will positively impact our sales and investment choices
• Influence decision making by key stakeholders through utilization of your strong financial analysis and communication skills
• Lead projects to maximise long-term value creation, cash flow, and total shareholder return
• Deliver long-term foresight to optimize financial structure of the business
• Provide feasibility assessment & business model development for new initiatives to ensure successful launch 

Job Qualifications

• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Resident
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or other relevant quantitative fields, with the minimum Weighted Average Mark of 70
• Proven strong leadership and collaboration skills with a passion to win, i.e. leadership positions in clubs, team, societies etc.
• Possess a willingness to learn and embody a growth mindset
• Possess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their work
