The Opportunity
We are seeking talented Finance and Law (Contract Management) Graduates to commence in July 2026. Graduates will join the Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) Graduate Program in Brisbane in a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one.
Our Contract Management professionals play a key role in guiding critical business support and cutting-edge solutions for the world's leading aerospace company. The work that BDA does contributes to aviation and aerospace products, technologies and services that make a difference in the lives of people around the world.
As a Contract Management Graduate you will reside in the Contracts and Core Commercial function under the supervision of a manager, team lead or other personnel supporting activities such as:
  • Reviewing and drafting commercial contract terms to ensure they meet the requirements of the company, including company policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance to BDA stakeholders to ensure that contractual requirements are adequately understood and communicated.
  • Providing contract administration support to BDA's customer programs including reviewing proposals, drafting contract changes and customer engagement.
  • Contributing to the development of contractual and commercial response volumes to tenders, requests for information, unsolicited proposals and other proposals.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, to foster positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency.

Education
Tertiary degree qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or Law (or anticipated graduation before July 2026)
Eligibility
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.

Our 24-month Graduate Program is designed to equip you with essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work, while also fostering your growth into an experienced professional. Throughout the program, you will engage in professional learning and development, as well as social and collaborative opportunities to expand your BDA network.
While the Graduate Program has defined learning objectives and a structured framework, your individual journey will be tailored in collaboration with your manager, shaped by business needs and your personal professional development goals. To enhance your exposure and learning, you will remain within one business unit for the entire duration of the program, allowing you to immerse yourself in team dynamics and project work. Over these 24 months, you will not only acquire the technical skills necessary for your role but also develop the interpersonal skills that are vital for a fulfilling career.
