Your Role
Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a Financial Assistant and be at the heart of our business management function at NGA. In this role, you will support end-to-end Accounts Payable duties and assist the wider business management team.
You'll manage and process all supplier invoices and credit notes, handle local and overseas invoice matching, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up. Your responsibilities will also include monthly creditor statement reconciliations, timely payment of supplier invoices through the weekly payment run, and reviewing and resolving queries raised by suppliers. 
Additionally, you'll assist the Global Supply Chain in setting up new vendors and suppliers, maintain files and archives as per company policy, and support the wider finance team with various duties, including month-end General Ledger reconciliations. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to a supportive team.
