ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As FINANCE MANAGER (M/F), reports to the General Director and will be responsible for lead and manage the unit's financial team; Develop and implement procedures in accordance with group policies; Responsible for the unit's monthly reporting and forecast; Management of the unit's cash flow; Supervise the accounting cycle, including monthly/annual closings; Responsible for monitoring audits; Implement the internal control system; Identify and manage financial risks; Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards; Collaborate with other areas of the organization in their interconnection with the financial area.

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:
- Genuine smile

- Higher Education in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics

- Knowledge of the InforSunSystems accounting system (preferred)

- Advanced knowledge of Excel

- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in progressively more responsible roles

- Experience in the Hospitality sector (preferred)

- Certified accountant;

- Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)

- Knowledge of English

- Good communication, leadership and team management skills

- Good resistance to stress and an evolving environment

- Ability to manage schedules

- Attention to detail
