You should love having a variety of work on hand, gain energy from partnering with others, and have clear examples of taking action to be the change you seek. Prior experience in sales finance and/or full P&L management is not required but would be helpful for this role.
This is a highly visible role in the organization and ideally suited to those who are passionate about developing an intimate understanding of Atlassian's business, have a strong financial and analytical background, and are keen to drive growth and operational improvements as a strategic finance partner.
If this excites you, we invite you to explore joining the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Cloud Topline team, where you will report to the Head of Cloud Products on the Topline team as an individual contributor. This is a remote role, however, to help our teams work together at speed, you will be located in Sydney, NSW to facilitate active engagement with stakeholders in Australia as well as the United States.

  • Own financial deliverables related to close, forecasting, and planning for key products
  • Create clear and concise narratives grounded in data for highly visible monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Collaborate across the company to provide insight into our performance by influencing and leveraging the work of business and data science partners to identify and mitigate risks and upside opportunities
  • Partner with data teams to ensure our infrastructure accurately and appropriately reflects transactions across our reporting and analytical applications
  • Bring an outside-in perspective to evaluate the growth of our newest offerings, in partnership with your strategy and business operations counterparts
  • Actively contribute to reporting, forecasting, and planning cadences for the FP&A Topline team more generally as needed
