Job Description

• Establish and oversee effective reporting, providing insightful analysis and proactive financial advice in collaboration with the CFO.
• Effectively manage cash flow forecasting and annual budgets to ensure business remains viable into the future.
• Implement a robust tax framework in collaboration with the CFO ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
• Lead transition from a single entity ledger system to an enterprise-grade ledger system consolidating financial data and reporting.
• Support corporate governance policies and procedures creating effective financial controls and systems across the business.
• Oversee daily finance and payments processes, seeking to automate and streamline systems wherever possible.

Background

• Experience maintaining capital tables and administering ESOP schemes will be highly regarded.
• Tech consulting, running a big tech transformation process.
• Banks and consulting firms experience preferred.
