🔍 What You’ll Do
- Lead financial control and month-end close processes across multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS standards and deliver accurate management accounts.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage rental asset accounting and maintain inventory registers.
- Mentor and guide an offshore accounting team to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Drive process improvements and system integrity across platforms like Xero, AroFlo, Cin7, Intellievent, Power BI, and Excel.
- Act as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents, and banks.
✅ What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in financial management or accounting leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA/CA preferred).
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and multi-entity operations.
- Confidence using tools like Xero, Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong judgment under pressure.
