Join TJX Australia as a Finance Manager in a unique rotational role designed to build broad capability across Financial Planning, Investments, and Strategic Insights. Perfect for someone who loves analytical problem‑solving, partnering with the business, and driving commercial outcomes.

About the Role

You’ll rotate across multiple Finance teams, gaining hands‑on experience in investment analysis, capital planning, strategic insights, and feasibility modelling. You’ll work closely with Real Estate, Strategy, and senior leaders to provide data‑driven recommendations that support network growth and long‑term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build feasibility and investment models for new store opportunities.

  • Conduct ROI analysis including NPV, IRR, cash flow, and P&L modelling.

  • Lead capital committee preparation and governance.

    Provide market, competitor, and demographic insights to support strategy.

  • Rotate across Finance teams to broaden capability and contribute to process improvements

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modelling.

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with a sharp analytical mindset.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.

  • A continuous improvement mindset and experience leading change.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Data Science.
