About the Role

As an Accounts Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of our accounting processes. From reconciling accounts to preparing reports, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help keep our business running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies.
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
  • Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
  • Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and/or accounting software.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports.
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
