Job Description

The Finance Operations Analyst – Interline and IATA BSP supports the Senior Manager Finance Operations in the oversight and continuous improvement of our Indirect Finance Operations, including IATA, IFG/BSP, and Interline Operations. The role ensures accurate billing, operational integrity, and efficiency across internal teams and outsourced BPO partners, while contributing to process optimisation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Interline & BSP

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the Interline Operations Team, ensuring service levels, accuracy, and timely processing of interline billings and settlements.
  • Manage all IATA‑related financial processes, including:
    • Billing and settlement via BSP/IFG for Agent Partners
    • Clearing House transactions for Suppliers and Airline partners
    • Ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation.

Financial Controls & Reconciliation

  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, audit requirements, and industry settlement standards.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

  • Identify, scope, and deliver system, process, and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve workflow efficiency, and strengthen financial controls.
  • Collaborate across the team to implement enhancements and monitor performance improvements.

Outsourced Partner Management

  • Partner with our BPO leaders to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the performance management of our offshore BPO teams in Manila and Mumbai, including:
    • Workflow optimisation
    • Quality assurance
    • Training and knowledge management

Key Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, particularly in financial operations or reconciliation-heavy workflows.
  • Experience with IATA, BSP/IFG, Clearing House processes, or airline settlement systems (desirable).
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, External Partners, and BPO environments.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with experience using automation or workflow tools (desirable).
  • High attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Comfortable leading small teams and managing through influence.
