About the role:

As a Financial Adviser you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients to achieve their financial ambitions through tailored, strategic advice.

 

Based in Albury, you’ll be part of a national firm with a strong local presence, giving you the unique opportunity to build meaningful, face-to-face relationships within the local community while leveraging the expertise, resources and networks of colleagues across Australia. This national connectivity enables you to collaborate with specialists, broaden your knowledge, and deliver holistic solutions to your clients.

 

You will work closely with a diverse client base to understand their financial position, goals and risk appetite, providing personalised strategies to help them build, protect and grow their wealth. From investment strategies and superannuation through to retirement and long-term planning, your insights and guidance will have a direct and lasting impact on your clients’ financial futures.

 

Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to continue developing your technical expertise, grow your client relationships and shape your career within a well-established and respected national practice.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted adviser

  • Develop tailored financial strategies aligned to clients’ short and long-term goals

  • Provide advice across areas including:

o   Superannuation

o   Investments & portfolio management

o   Insurance & risk protection

o   Retirement planning

o   Wealth and estate structuring

  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing strategic guidance

  • Stay informed on financial markets, products and regulatory requirements

  • Identify opportunities to grow the client base and contribute to business development

  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a high-performing, client-focused culture

About you:

We welcome candidates at all experience levels to apply, and will tailor responsibilities and support accordingly.

 

You will bring:

  • Experience in an advisory role within a professional services environment

  • Exposure to client advisory and financial planning

  • A degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, Business or similar

  • Compliance with industry education requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

  • A genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial success

  • Industry certifications such as CFP or CFA is desirable
